On 14 July, the grand opening of the first street workout grounds in Perm City took place in the gardens named after Valentin Mindovsky (autonomous municipal cultural institution “ПермьПарк”).
Owing to the Perm based developer LLC “Орсо групп”, city residents have the opportunity to lead athletic lifestyles, regardless of physical preparedness. The new KENGURU.PRO grounds, with an area of 120 m2, also allows to hold mass training sessions and sporting events of the city.
The opening ceremony of the sports complex was attended by the Deputy of the Chairman of the Perm City Administration Alexey Gribanov, Head of the Department of Culture and Youth Policy of the Perm City Administration Vyacheslav Torchinsky, Councilor of the City Duma Dmitry Malyutin, Director of the autonomous municipal cultural institution “ПермьПарк” Anastasia Efremov and CEO of company “Орсо групп” Mikhail Besfamilny.
In the sports festival, street workout athletes of the city demonstrated their skills on parallel and horizontal bars, at the same time inspiring dozens of on-lookers, from youth to seniors.
Our goal is to introduce people, as much as possible, with street workout and prove that nothing is better and safer to maintain yourself in good physical shape than training with your own weight, especially at specialized KENGURU.PRO street workout grounds.
